Q. Are you an employee of the salon?

A. No. I am an independent contractor. I rent a studio space inside Sola Salons. Therefore, I make my own schedule, set my own prices, etc.

Q. What types of payment do you accept?

A. Check, cash, Visa, Mastercard.

Q. Do you have your own gift certificates and how do I purchase those?

A. Yes I do. They are purchased through me directly. You may either purchase it during your next appt or you can call me.

Q. Why can’t I bring my child to my appointment?

A. I love to meet all your little ones. However, due to problems in the past and serious liability issues, I would prefer that small children not be brought to the appointment.

HOW TO USE THE WEB SCHEDULER

Q. Why do you book your appointments online instead of using an appointment book?

A. Because of the nature of my business, my phone must be left on silent (no one wants to hear a phone ringing in the middle of their facial.) Which means you as the client will be left to wait an undetermined amount of time to receive a call back on your message. I felt that the constant phone tag was a large inconveinience for my clients. Now, with this system, you may make appts, check on your appt time, change or cancel an appt anytime of the day.

Q. What if I don’t have a computer or I am not comfortable booking online?

A. I would appreciate if everyone would do their best to use the online system. However, if you are unable to do so, you may contact me at 702.340.4496 to leave a message and I will assist you with your appointment.

Q. How do I create my account?

A. From andreaminor.com click on Click here to schedule and appointment. This will bring you to the Web Scheduler. From there, click on Sign Up in the upper right corner. Follow the directions from there.

Q. How do I make an appointment?

A. Once you are logged on, just click on the small calender icon in the upper left corner, find your date and hit enter. Now, just find your desired time, then click on what service category you want, then click on the type of service desired using the drop down menu that says Appointment Type. The system will now bring you to the My Schedule screen. As long as your appt looks correct, you may log out.

Q. What if I have questions on how to use the online scheduler?

A. No problem. Just let me know and I will be happy to give you some pointers when you come in for your next appointment. Otherwise, please feel free to contact me 702.340.4496.

Q. What if I’m on the road and I just want to zip in to get an eyebrow wax, can I call you to make the appointment?

A. Absolutely. My only request is that you try to already have your online account (username, password, etc.) set up. Otherwise, I have to try to set up your account for you before I can make your appt.

Q. I am trying to make an appointment and the service I want is not showing up on your drop down menu. Why?

A. Most likely, you are trying to select a service that will not fit in your selected appointment time. For example, if you click on a time where I only have 15 minutes available and you click on Waxing, on the next screen where it says Appointment Type (this is the drop down menu), the system is automatically only going to show you everything I can wax in a 15 minute time slot. Same goes for Tinting and Facials. Every service I do is already preset with the appropriate length of time needed for completion of the service.

Q. How do I book 2 or more types of services on the same day?

A. After you book a service, the system always brings you to the My Schedule screen. From this screen, all you have to do is click on the button at the bottom of your screen that says Back. This will take you back to the day you were just on. Just go in the next available time slot under the appt you just booked and select the service category (i.e. facials, waxing, or tinting) you want.

Q. I don’t want to receive your automatic emails. How do I turn this off?

A. Log on to your account, click on My Info in the upper right corner, then click on Edit Your Account. Now just uncheck the box to receive emails.

Q. Can I pay for my services online?

A. No. Not at this time. Sometime in the future, I may offer this feature.

Q. I forgot my appointment time. How do I check it online?

A. Log on to your account, click on My Info in the upper right corner, then click on My Schedule.

Q. How do I cancel my appointment?

A. Log on to your account, click on My Info in the upper right corner, then click on My Schedule, find the appropriate appointment and click on Cancel. **Please try to respect my 24 hour cancellation request as much as possible.**
