48 HOURS NOTICE is required prior to cancelling appointment. Extreme situations like death in the family or illness, of course, will be excused.

Less than 48 hours notice will be invoiced via text 50% of the service that was booked.
A No Call/No Show will be invoiced via text for 100% of the appointment scheduled.
More than 2 no call/no shows in a calendar year could result in suspended booking.

I feel super blessed. On most days, I am booked back to back. So if you actually give me proper notice, then I can fill the appointment time. I really do respect your time, so please respect mine.
